Mandala drawing: the creative process of focus, without screens, and choosing specific colors that allow the eyes to rest, disconnect to balance the nervous system
The Science Behind It:
Mandala drawing activates both hemispheres of the brain, integrating logic and creativity, while promoting a rhythmic, meditative focus. This process gently transitions the body from the Sympathetic Nervous System (stress mode) to the Parasympathetic Nervous System (rest-and-regulate mode).
Through this understanding, Circulum helps leaders and teams return to their natural rhythm, where clarity, focus, and vitality naturally arise, primarily for a more balanced state, and focus vitality within themselves. And ultimately within the organizations they lead.
